Job Description
We seek an enthusiastic Web and UX Designer to join our creative team. This position will allow you to develop skills in graphic design and user experience (UX) design. You will get the opportunity to work with tools like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and web design software to craft visual designs for digital and print media.
Responsibilities:
• Website design and UX (70%): Design prototypes, web pages, landing pages, and user interfaces for our clients' websites and web applications. Work with UX designers and clients to improve the overall user experience and journey. Stay up-to-date with web design software, standards, and best practices.
• Graphic design (30%): Develop graphics, infographics, flyers, presentations, print ads, email newsletters, booklets, brochures, and more using visual design software. Apply brand guidelines and aesthetics to produce materials that drive awareness and engagement.
In addition, your work may include learning and creating videos and animations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience with design tools like Figma, Invision, CorelDraw, and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Strong skills in user experience (UX) design, interaction design, and web page layout. Enthusiasm to develop stronger UX abilities.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals like layout, typography, color theory, imagery, and more.
• A creative bend of mind - the ability to generate ideas based on concepts and visualize them using tools.
Knowledge of design fundamentals like layout, typography, color theory, imagery, and more.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to create graphics and materials that communicate messages effectively and follow brand style guidelines.
• Up-to-date with the latest web design standards, technologies, and trends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to receive and incorporate feedback.
