Skills and Qualifications:
B.Tech Computer Science/Mca or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience managing projects in a creative environment.
Proficiency in latest web technologies.Good knowledge of JAVA SCRIPT , AJAX, HTML ,XML, ASP.NET, WCF, PHP an added advantage
Experience in creation and integration of Web ServicesExperience in handling the development team.
Experience in conceptualization and design of projects
Sound knowledge of DBMS
Source Control (Git, Tfs)
Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development of Web applications as per business needs
Supervise a team of web professionals by developing effective procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive customer experiences and top quality control processes.
Management of project delivery and project scope
Planning and formulation of strategies to support and guide project team
Monitor development activities and report project progress
Risk management , quality management and time management for scheduled project delivery
