Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
• Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
• Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
• Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
• Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
• Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring
• Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)
• Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific
Qualifications
Required in one or more of each area
o Strong knowledge and experience in .Net Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET.
o Cloud Technologies: Microsoft Azure, Amazon web services, iCloud
o Languages and Compilers: C, C++, C#, VB.NET, JAVA, HTML5
o Developer Tools such as Visual Studio, Unity, Eclipse
o Basic understanding of Web servers like IIS, wr.t configuration, deployment, etc. is a definite plus.
o Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems and networking is required
o MCP Certified in at least one of the Microsoft Programming Technologies is an added advantage
Experience in one or more of these areas desirable:
o Three or more years in software development, consulting or support with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Client, Server and Development products and technologies.
o Deep understanding of application lifecycle and agile development principals including but not limited to:
o .Net Framework, ASP.NET, ASP.NET CORE, MVC, WCF, Web Services, Signal-R, Azure BOT Framework, VB.NET and Webservers (IIS).
o Expertise in at least – C#, ASP, VB6, RDBMS
o Industry programming experience in building Windows or Internet applications
· Experience in designing and hands-on development in cloud-based analytics solutions.
Ø Having 1-2 years of experience in Azure cloud services
Ø Having experience in Azure resources like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Blob, ADLS, Azure Data Lake
Ø Storage Gen1 and Gen2, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Azure SQL DB and Synapse
Ø Hands-on experience in Azure Data factory and its Core Concept's like Linked Services, Datasets.
Ø Data Flows, Pipelines, Activities and Triggers, Integration Runtime, Self-Hosted Integration Runtime.
Ø Designed and developed data ingestion pipelines from on-premises to different layers into Azure Built Dataflow transformations.
Ø Worked on Copy Data activity, Get Metadata Activity, look up, Filter, Store Procedure, For-each, IF and execute Pipeline activities
Ø Implemented dynamic pipeline to extract the multiple files into multiple targets with the help of single pipeline
Ø Strong Knowledge on Parameterization of Linked Services, Datasets Pipelines, Activities.
Ø Pipeline execution methods (Debug vs Triggers).
Ø Experience in scheduling the pipelines and monitoring the pipelines through the monitor tab.
Ø Experience in creating alerts on the pipelines level and activity level.
Ø Stack (Including Compute, Function App, Blobs, Resource Groups, Azure SQL, Cloud Services, and ARM),
Ø Focusing on high - availability, fault tolerance, and auto-scaling.
Ø Performed custom activity using python, C#.net for unsupported task in Azure Data Factory V2.
Customer support:
Ø Strong customer engagement skills to understand customer needs for Analytics solutions fully.
Ø Experience in leading small and large teams in delivering analytics solutions for customers Have demonstrated ability to define, develop and implement data models and supporting policies, standards, and guidelines.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
