• Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Engage with customers through web chat to provide real-time assistance, resolving inquiries related to orders, products, and services efficiently and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of PharmEasy’s products and services to educate customers and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address customers' needs quickly, demonstrating strong analytical skills to solve issues effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help drive improvements and enhance the user experience and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain high standards of service.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track interactions and report on common challenges, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction levels to management for strategic adjustments.
- Time Management: Prioritize multiple customer interactions without compromising quality or missing deadlines, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance personal skills and contribute to team development.
• Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or healthcare environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using web-based chat applications and CRM software; familiarity with healthcare products and services is desirable.
- Personality Traits:
