Zoho Corporation is seeking a passionate and independent Web Chat Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or web chat support.
As a Web Chat Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service through web chat support
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Demonstrating creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
