Work Profile : Chat Customer Service

Shifts: Monthly Rotational (Rotational)

Salary: 20,000 INR to 30,000 INR CTC

• Candidates should have fluent in english with excellent communication skills*

Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass

Responsibilities:

• Provide email and chat support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in written communication in English.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
