We are currently seeking an experienced Web Content Filtering Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining content filtering/proxy configurations, implementing and testing configuration changes, and troubleshooting policy configurations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in Zscaler Proxy and a strong understanding of web filtering policies. You will also be responsible for providing web filtering reports, submitting requests for blacklisting/whitelisting or modifying web filtering policies, and resolving incident tickets within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Zscalar team to manage minor and major patches, review client ZPA dashboards, and ensure logs are forwarded to Client SIEM.
