Have good knowledge of technical documentation and projects
Be comfortable working independently to gather information from the manager about new features.
Have at least two years of software technical writing experience, creating helpful, interesting, well-organized, consistent, high-quality content from scratch.
Create easy to understand and in-depth technical content - documentation, code samples, or multimedia content, which demonstrates the best and easiest way to use DBaaS Service.
Proactively identify documentation needs and gaps, establish feedback loops to gather customer feedback, and then work closely with key stakeholders to prioritize and plan documentation updates.
Enjoy learning and using new services, testing the documentation you write and becoming an expert user
Possess excellent content planning, editorial, and organization.
Experience and knowledge of how to convey complex information using plain English and have a good understanding of how people use the web.
Nice to have skills & experience
Show positivity and enthusiasm towards work, encouraging others to do the same
Seek out and share experiences to develop knowledge of the team’s business area
Understand how the strategies and activities of the team create value and meet the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
Have excellent (fluent) spoken and written English as all our documentation is written in English
