Hot Silicon Valley startup is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with strong storytelling, content writing, and marketing skills.
You must be a prolific content writer and storyteller. The ability to create compelling and engaging content is a MUST. You should share your portfolio of content (blogs, articles, videos, infographics, white papers, websites). All other Digital Marketing Skills are "nice" but without the ability to write content, it is not likely to fly.
MUST Haves:
• Ability to write compelling, engaging content and stories about our customers and our value prop
• Ability to understand and empathize with our customers, their problems and formulate differentiated messaging, stories and content
• Deliver high impact content pieces including blogs, articles, videos, infographics, product sheets, website copy, customer case studies, sales collateral, PowerPoint decks, etc
• Ability to understand and execute the overall marketing strategy and support all the campaigns with great content
NICE to Haves:
• Experience in SEO, paid search, Google Adwords, Facebooks Ads, and social media marketing
• Track and monitor the performance of marketing activities and meet the business objectives
• Lead engagement efforts with prospects on multiple marketing channels to generate marketing qualified leads
Qualifications:
• Prolific writer, a great storyteller who can create engaging and crisp content - must
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - must
• Preferred - degree in Journalism/Communication from a reputed university
• Experience in a marketing role at a B2B/B2C/SaaS company - nice to have
• Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords - nice to have
• Experience working in a high growth environment
• MBA degree from a reputed university - nice to have
