The Role

We're seeking a creative and versatile Web Designer to join our team.

You'll work closely with our lead consultant, developers, and content team to translate ideas into responsive, engaging designs across platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, and Shopify.

Your Responsibilities

Design user-centric web pages, landing pages, and digital assets for various client projects.

Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately.

Contribute to design systems, brand guidelines, and style consistency.

Participate in reviews, iterate based on feedback, and push creative boundaries.

Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing web design work, especially websites with a modern and immersive feel.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility best practices.

Experience designing for CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, or Shopify) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to design with both precision and creativity.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
