Job Overview

We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team at Codeflies Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Based in Noida, this full-time, mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and clients primarily from the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience in web design and be proficient with figma and web design (Mandatory skill).

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in figma for creating wireframes and prototypes (Mandatory skill)

Experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects (Mandatory skill)

Strong understanding of graphic design principles with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs

Expertise in UI/UX design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across websites

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and updating web pages effectively

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, for design projects

Ability to create responsive designs that work across different devices and screen sizes

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative and user-friendly websites for various clients

Collaborate with the development team to implement designs accurately and efficiently

Ensure all web designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver designs that meet their requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of web design trends, tools, and technologies

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively

Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve the final product

Assist in the maintenance and updating of existing websites to ensure they remain functional and visually appealing
