Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in designing responsive, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web technologies, and design tools, and should be able to translate requirements into beautiful and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement website layouts, user interfaces, and functionality.
Collaborate with developers, content teams, and other designers to execute creative concepts.
Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in web design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, or Sketch.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery and responsive design principles.
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
