Job Description
Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are on the path to building a global on-demand content marketplace platform that allows for collaboration, discovery and upskilling for all our creators. Now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more content service offerings and engage a wide spectrum of content creators, and to facilitate all our reach and adoption, we are planning to scale up our product marketing efforts and we are looking for a Senior Visual/Web Designer who has a keen eye for user interface and interaction, and an innovative mind to design them.
• We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

What it’s like to work here at Pepper Content:
●Take ownership of the entire product marketing design projects like the website
and newsletters
●Work closely with the product managers and marketers to conceptualize designs
●Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner.
●Design original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts
●Improve user experience by simplifying and refining the visual interface.
●Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
●Leverage analytics to produce conversion optimized designs
●Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements:
●Strong visual design fundamentals with minimum 4 years of experience
●High quality visual and website design portfolio
●Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma,
Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
●Should be excellent at communication, be able to explain ideas clearly.
●Must be extremely proactive and self-starter.
●Good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
●Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry
trends.
