JOB TITLE: Web Designer(Experience Required: 1 Year and above)
REPORTS TO: Project Manager
JOB OVERVIEW: Web designers plan, create and code internet sites and web pages, many of which
combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics, and video clips. A web designer is responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages. It and can mean working on a brand new website or updating an already existing site.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
● Creating website designs
● Producing sample sites
● Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
● Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
● Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript
● Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
● Digital retouching and image editing
● Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● B.tech/BCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
● More than 2 Years of Experience as Web Designer.
● Extensive knowledge in HTML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS,
Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.
● Experience in designing, developing and updating the web sites,by the means of his
enhanced graphic design skills.
● In-depth knowledge in accessing and managing WordPress.
● Understanding of how to use analytics to track site visitors.
● Be familiar with all concepts related to social media.
● Active listening skills so as to effectively framework or bring about web solutions, as
per managements requirement
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
