Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and a creative Web Designer to join our team. As a web designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly websites. Your role will involve working closely with clients and our development team to create designs that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities
• Develop website designs that meet the client's requirements and are user-friendly.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and the development team.
• Design visual elements such as logos, images, and graphics for the website.
• Develop and maintain the design style guide to ensure consistency in the design of all web pages.
• Work with the development team to ensure that design elements are integrated correctly into the website.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from users to improve the design.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure that the website remains visually appealing and engaging.
Qualification & Experience
• Proven experience of 2+ years as a web designer, with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Xd, Figma and Illustrator.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and the development team.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field is preferred.
