Key Responsibilities
• Create and optimize website designs using best practices for UI/UX design

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
• Support the development and maintenance of brand style guides and design systems
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility
• Test website functionality and identify any technical issues
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and project requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, javascript, web designing, Email Template, and other relevant programming languages
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
