We are looking for a Web Designer in Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit based out of Global Business Service (GBS), Bangalore, India. About The Department The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product. The Position • Create, develop, and manage web content for Brand portal (internal web portal of Novo Nordisk) & Affiliate website utilising AEM web content management system. Fully responsible for digital asset management for Global & Affiliate Marketing teams. • Design and build webpages with graphic layout and visual elements. • Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and accordingly allocate project resources. • Troubleshoot issues in web content of webpages. • Work cross functionally with internal IT team to improve systems. • Provide guidance & technical clarification to colleagues in achieving quality output. Create, develop, and manage web content for Affiliate website and Brand portal. Fully responsible for Content support & services for Global & Affiliate Marketing teams. • Graphical design • Design and build webpages with graphic layout and visual elements. • Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and accordingly allocate project resources. • Troubleshoot issues in web content of webpages. • Work cross functionally with internal IT team to improve systems Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with results in top 10%, with relevant business experience, e.g. from web designing firms. Min. 3 years of experience in web designing and hands-on experience in web content management, preferably in healthcare/pharma industry. Hands-on experience working with AEM (AEM certification is a plus). Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint projects. Expertise in handling multiple file formats for images and videos. Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts, liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency. Experience with web content translation/localization processes and manage multiple global websites. Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing. Expert in content optimization and driving consistency in brand communication. Pro-actively work to develop and anchor relevant knowledge as new standards such as best practice models, templates required in other projects. Apply core concepts and best practices and reach out to peers and/or superior for additional insights when appropriate.
