Web Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and highly functional websites for various clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that align with client branding and user experience best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative website ideas.

Design visual imagery, layouts, and web pages aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements.

Develop design strategies, guidelines, and best practices for optimal user experience.

Translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, interactive, and engaging designs.

Maintain and update existing websites to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability.

Create user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to communicate design intent.

E nsure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Test and improve the website's design and functionality regularly.

Work with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, etc.

Collaborate with developers to integrate designs with backend systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in web design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.

Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.

Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices in web design.

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging tools.

Excellent visual design and typography skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

Experience with design systems and frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind.

Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Understanding of basic animation or motion graphics is a plus.

Familiarity with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
