We are seeking talented and passionate Web Designer and Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Web Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing aesthetically pleasing and functional websites that meet the unique needs of clients. You will collaborate with a team of web developers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure that the website is not only visually appealing but also effectively promotes the client's brand and supports their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding the client's or company's business goals and objectives, target audience, and online presence needs to ensure the website meets the client's expectations.
Creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs, including color schemes, typography, imagery, and graphics. Ensuring website design is responsive, it should easily fit on all devices desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Ensuring the website is easy to navigate, has a clear and intuitive user flow, and is optimized for search engines.
Keeping the website up-to-date with current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Troubleshooting and fixing any design or technical issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (however, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Web Design may also be considered).
3+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills and capabilities.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for design and a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.
