Job Title: Web Designer with SEO & Digital Marketing Expertise
Location: Marthandam Office (Preferred candidates from Kanyakumari and Trivandrum who can commute)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing standout websites: Create visually captivating and fully responsive B2B websites that engage users and reflect our brand’s essence.
• SEO Magic: Implement top-notch SEO strategies to make sure our websites stand out and perform exceptionally well in search rankings.
• User-first design: Ensure the user experience (UX) is at the forefront of every website you design. Think easy navigation, smooth transitions, and intuitive design.
• Collaborating with a creative squad: Work closely with our digital marketing and content teams to create websites that not only look amazing but also align with our marketing goals and drive business growth.
• Performance Optimisation: Regularly monitor, analyse, and optimise websites using Google Analytics and other tools to enhance performance, drive organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.
• Troubleshooting with flair: Quickly and efficiently resolve any technical issues while maintaining a seamless user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
• Creative & Technical Expertise: You should be a design enthusiast with a strong understanding of SEO and how it impacts website performance. You must have hands-on experience creating B2B websites that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Skills that Shine: Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS. A flair for creating clean, elegant designs is a must.
• Digital Marketing Savvy: A solid understanding of how SEO and digital marketing work together to drive online success.
• Data-Driven Design: proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to balance creativity with technical precision, ensuring every website is optimised, user-friendly, and top-notch.
• Location: Preferably based in Kanyakumari or Trivandrum with the ability to commute to our Marthandam office.
