Job Description :Role & Responsibilities :
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Conduct and plan a User Research to gain insights into user problems and identify new opportunities to work on.
• Analyze findings using Personas, Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Illustrate design ideas using Storyboards, Process flows and Information Architecture.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Make adjustments and iterations based on user feedback and testing.
• Adhere to style standards on Font, Color and other components of the design system.
Ideal Candidate :
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Uptodate knowledge of design software like Figma, Miro, Illustrator and Protopie.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.)
