V.L. Strategies – Web Designer & Portal Assistant (Combined Role)
Overview:
V.L. Strategies is seeking a creative and technically skilled web designer to build a branded, professional, and client-ready website that includes both a public-facing site and a secure login portal.
We serve schools, shelters, prisons, and government agencies by providing premium digital Vaults (compliance and licensing toolkits). Your mission? Build a sleek, secure, and easy-to-navigate platform that reflects our bold brand and helps us distribute our Vaults with confidence and style.
Scope of Work:
You’ll be responsible for designing and building:
???? Public Website Pages
Homepage – Bold brand message + call to action
About Us – Founder bio + mission
Vault Catalog – Visual grid/list view with categories
Licensing Overview – Terms, renewals, and usage rules
Demo Request Page – Simple form (name, org, email, vault selection)
Contact Page – Form or direct contact info
???? Secure Client Portal
Login system (username + password)
Vault-specific file access per licensed client
Downloadable PDFs, Word docs, and Excel templates
License agreement PDF and legal disclaimers
Watermarked demo Vault access for prospects
Optional welcome video or onboarding section
Access expiration settings (if needed)
Support contact link
Platform Guidelines:
Use no-code or low-code tools like:
Wix, Squarespace, WordPress (with plug-ins)
MemberSpace, Outseta, Podia, Kajabi for secure access
Dropbox or Google Drive for file hosting/delivery
Custom development is NOT required—we value clean, efficient, and scalable design with tools you're already confident using.
Branding & Style:
Colors: Royal Blue + Burnished Copper
Logo: Official V.L. Strategies logo will be provided
Aesthetic: Premium, minimal, professional—designed for institutional buyers
Exclusions (You’re NOT expected to do):
