Job Title: Web Designer and Digital Marketer

• Job Overview:
• Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, create, and manage the maintenance of responsive websites to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.
- Optimize our web designs for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement SEO best practices in website design and update content to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align website design with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in web design and digital marketing to ensure best practices are applied.
- Manage content updates, technical improvements, and overall website health using content management systems and other tools.
- Produce and manage engaging content for social media platforms in line with our digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Designer and Digital Marketer, with a portfolio of successful web design and digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Experience with SEO, content management systems (preferably WordPress), and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
