- How you’ll make an impact
- Demonstrate empathy for the end-user experience, delivering simple, elegant and efficient designs while meeting the business requirements of the project
- Design and deliver everything from detailed wireframes to high fidelity mockups with thorough technical specs
- Participate in ideations to gather information and feedback to inform rapid iteration throughout design process
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends and best-practices
- Work effectively within the Marketing project management platform and deliver on-time projects
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Graphic Web Design, or a related field of study
- 4 or more years of experience designing digital/web experiences in an in-house or external agency role required (experience with both a strong positive)
- Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills with a strong grasp of the creative development process
- Excellent collaboration skills required for this role
- Experience working with, maintaining and evolving large B2B brands a strong plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) required
- HTML/CSS experience a plus; experience working closely with developers a plus
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms preferred, specifically Marketo
- Familiarity with digital signage and Ceros platform a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) a plus
- Proficiency with Workfront or other project management platforms a plus
- Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and track multiple jobs in an organized manner required
- Excellent design, layout, typography and web skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required
- Digital portfolio of work required for consideration
