Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using various web development tools, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with web developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that the website design and functionality meets business requirements and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate website functionality and user experience
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in website design and branding across all digital platforms
• Optimize website designs for desktop and mobile devices to ensure a responsive and seamless user experience
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve website design and functionality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web design trends and technologies
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in web design
• Proficiency in web development tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of website design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout
• Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
