Strong background with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap4, CMS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
Proven work experience as a web designer / web developer.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wire-frames, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficiency in Photoshop or other visual design and wire - framing tools.
