We are looking for web designers who will be responsible for creating great web/apps. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for web/apps as well as creating visual elements that are in line with organization's branding. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe photoshop & Adobe illustrator.

• Lead the design direction and strategy for digital products and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that meet business and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio of design work for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field preferred
