We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences that captivate and engage users. In this role, you will focus on creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with Interpham Consulting's brand and strategic goals.
As a key member of our team, you will conceptualise and create intuitive website designs, ensuring seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand website objectives, target audience, and business requirements.
You will maintain and enhance the overall look and feel of our online presence, ensuring brand consistency. This includes creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to convey design concepts and gather feedback.
In addition, you will stay updated on web design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our web assets. You will work with developers to ensure successful implementation of web designs and conduct usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers sponsorship visa, so applicants from outside the UK are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6-10 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of web projects
• Strong proficiency in web design principles, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) design
• Demonstrated experience in creating user-friendly and responsive web designs
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design best practices
