Job Description for Web Designer
We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create unique user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate can translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They can transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Web Designer
Excellent understanding of DOM & Effects of Layout Shifts on browser
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience with SASS is a plus
Experience with ES6 & TypeScript is a plus
Experience with ReactJS is a plus
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Convert designs from PSDs/Figma/Sketch for visual layout of web pages and convert each design into responsive HTML5, CSS3 (SASS) & JavaScript.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
Present and discuss creative ideas with clients.
Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript
Creating products that are user-friendly, effective, and appealing
Testing and improving the design of the website
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages( HTML5 and CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript (ES6))
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
Awareness of UI/UX principles
Good understanding of content management systems
Excellent visual design skills
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
Creative and open to new ideas
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent time-management skills
