Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Web Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to the organization's specifications. Additionally, the candidate should be interested in training or mentoring new and junior web developers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, React or Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design specifications.
Develop and maintain the organization's website architecture to ensure user-friendly navigation and optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve website usability and user experience.
Perform website updates and maintenance, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and accurate.
Conduct website testing and optimization to ensure website functionality and usability.
Develop and maintain website security measures to protect against cyber threats. Be a Mentor and train new and junior web developers in the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Web Design and Development.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
