Responsibilities:
Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
Implement user interfaces and web designs provided by UI/UX designers, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.
Develop server-side functionality using server-side languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby, and connect databases for dynamic content generation.
Integrate content management systems (CMS) and develop custom CMS solutions to allow clients to update website content easily.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites and applications to ensure high functionality and optimal user experience.
Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Maintain technical documentation, including project specifications, code documentation, and version control.
Implement security measures and regular maintenance tasks to ensure website and application security, stability, and uptime.
Keep up-to-date with emerging web development trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve skills and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of professional web development experience, with a portfolio of previous projects.
Proficiency in front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby, and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with design principles and ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
