Designation: API Integration Specialist and WordPress Web Developer.

Experience- 4-5 years

Salary: 10 to 15 LPA

Location – Vikroli, Mumbai.

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating various APIs into our systems and developing and maintaining WordPress websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs and deliver exceptional web solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of API technologies, proficiency in WordPress development, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

o API Integration:

 Develop and implement API integration strategies for various systems and platforms.

 Identify, evaluate, and integrate third-party APIs to enhance system functionality and improve user experience.

 Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to define API requirements and specifications.

 Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues, ensuring smooth data transfer and functionality.

WordPress Web Development:
 Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and scalability.

 Create custom themes and plugins, extending WordPress functionality as per project requirements.

 Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into responsive and user-friendly WordPress themes.

 Optimize websites for maximum speed, usability, and SEO performance.

 Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality across different browsers and devices.

Technical Expertise:
 Stay up-to-date with the latest API technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

 Maintain a deep understanding of WordPress development principles, coding standards, and security practices.

 Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams regarding API integrations and WordPress development.

 Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Project Management and Collaboration:
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

 Participate in project planning, providing insights and recommendations regarding API integrations and WordPress development aspects.

 Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an API Integration Specialist and WordPress Web Developer.
Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and data serialization.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
Experience with popular WordPress frameworks and libraries (e.g., Genesis, WooCommerce).
Familiarity with API documentation, testing, and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
