Web Development Intern:

Scope of Work:
● Building and designing website features and functions such as interactive forms, user login systems, and e-commerce shopping carts.
● Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
● Learn new software and apply the same to improve the website’s functioning
● Ensuring that the website is compatible with various browsers and different operating systems.
● Optimizing website for search engine rankings and performance
● Ensuring website accessibility and security to protect sensitive data and user information
● Troubleshooting and resolving website issues, such as broken links or slow loading times.
● Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
● Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
● Create and maintain software documentation
● Being up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them into operations and activities.
Key skills:
● Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS,
Wordpress, Shopify, API integrations.
● Should know the basics of UI/UX design
● Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
● Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and requirements:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/Software Engineering, Diploma in CS.
● Must have a laptop
