Web Developer Intern (Remote, Paid, 6 Months)

@ drivenUp.io, a Canada-based, remote-first startup, we’re looking for a Web Developer Intern who’s ready to take on real-world challenges, learn a ton, and grow their skills. If you’re passionate about web development, have excellent graphic design skills, and are excited to work with the latest tech, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and optimizing web apps with React, Angular, Laravel, and MySQL

Debugging and solving real-world technical problems ️

Collaborating with an amazing remote team

Gaining hands-on experience with UI/UX design, Rest APIs, CMS, and Figma ️

Learning and growing through mentorship and real projects

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in React, Angular, Laravel, and MySQL

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and how to create user-friendly designs

Figma expertise is a must-have (we love great design!)

Strong graphic design skills to make our projects stand out ✨

Knowledge of Rest APIs and experience working with them

Familiarity with CMS platforms like Laravel, DirectUs or other headless CMS

Strong problem-solving skills to tackle any challenge

A self-starter who’s ready to learn and grow

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Experience with Flutter / React Native is a bonus!

Excellent communication skills
