Salary: INR 30,000 - 45,000 per month Technical Skills - Must be able to build, maintain, test and debug websites and web applications - Should be proficient in C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript - Should be proficient in the commonly used libraries and environments of front-end and back-end languages. (Angular, jQuery, Django, React, Vue, Bootstrap) - Should be familiar with recently developed frameworks. - Should have advanced knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB) - Familiarity with languages, frameworks and environments of app development (Android Java, Kotlin, Flutter, Swift, Laravel, Yii) - Knows sufficient use of version control tools such as Git. -Making use of typography and aesthetics based on market research and user psychology. - Communicate with clients and team members to create wireframes and prototypes. Professional Skills - Problem solver - Uses critical analysis to create solutions. - Creative – Knows how to handle a given task from different approaches - Eager – To experiment within limited resources, innovate an out-of-the-box answer and gain new skills along the way - Sensitive – Toward differences and diversities in working styles and personal backgrounds of people (Co-workers, clients and end-users) - Curious – To search and stay updated with the news, trends and technologies
