About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly web applications for the real estate industry. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where your ideas will directly impact how property professionals manage listings, contracts, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and deliver solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability
Assist in deploying applications and monitoring production systems
Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing
Skills and Experience Required:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience
Solid experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or other modern web frameworks
Familiarity with REST APIs, MongoDB or SQL databases
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
