Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Developer & SEO Specialist who can take a hands-on approach to manage and updating our three websites. The successful candidate will have strong skills in WordPress development, automation, and SEO. They will be able to work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our websites are always up-to-date, running smoothly, and ranking high in search engines. They will be the guardian for any improvements to the pages and will be responsible for any technical issues with the team.
Responsibilities:
· Work with the marketing team to update and manage the content on the websites.
· Develop and maintain the functionality of our WordPress websites.
· Develop and manage automation between our database and our CRM platform.
· Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with the website.
· Work with the marketing team to implement improvements to the website.
· Ensure that the websites are secure and up-to-date.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the website is optimized for SEO.
· Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements.
· Analyse website traffic and provide weekly reports to the marketing team.
· Assist the team with technical issues, including email configurations and other basic things.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development and SEO.
· Strong skills in WordPress development.
· Experience with automation between a database and a CRM platform.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills.
· Understanding of SEO best practices.
· Ability to work with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with email configurations and other basic technical issues.
· Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, SEO, or a related field is preferred.
