Job Description - WordPress Web developer
We are looking to recruit an experienced WordPress developer who can build and construct an effective website for our business, he/she will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the use of WordPress, Elementor, and plugins, themes, site integration, and security updates will fall under your purview.
You need a thorough understanding of front-end programming languages, a keen sense of aesthetics, and strong content management abilities to succeed as a WordPress developer. In the end, a WordPress expert developer can produce appealing, user-friendly websites that properly match the expectation of design and functionality requirements.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Designing and constructing the front end of a website.
• Creating and designing the architecture of the website.
• Creating and maintaining the server and database integration for a website whenever required
• Creating/Integration WordPress plugins and themes.
• Good knowledge of Elementor
• Ensuring good availability and performance and overseeing the technical CMS aspects
• Solving all the content problems..
• Tracking the functioning of the live website.
Requirements:
• WordPress developer with 2-4 years or more of experience.
• An undergraduate degree in computer science or a related subject.
• Understanding of front-end technologies like jQuery, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• A working knowledge of code versioning technologies like Git, SVN, etc is good to have
• Working knowledge of debugging applications like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• A working understanding of RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Good to have knowledge of PHP and back-end development
• Project management skills.
• A good ability to communicate.
• Additional exposure to CMS (Shopify, Magento, Drupal).
