Web Graphic Designer

Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Industry: Pharmacy Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Requirements Responsibilities and Duties: • Study design briefs and determine requirements. • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. • Prepare drafts and present ideas. • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and other designs using software. • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. • Test graphics across various media. • Design and create motion graphics videos. • Insert music (background music and SFX), dialogs, graphics, and special effects as needed. • Assist in selecting audio, motion graphics, video editing, color combination, typography, etc., for graphic design. • Amend designs after feedback. • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing. • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them. • Experience in designing pharmaceutical product materials. Job Duties: • Draft mock-ups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required. • Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective and use their feedback to develop final drafts. • Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials. • Perform other duties as requested. Benefits Requirements: • Experience: 3-5 years with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Core Draw. • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is usually required. • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. • Interest in creating and persuading interest areas. Key Skills: • Proficiency in English and Hindi. • Hands-on experience in Photoshop and Core Draw (mandatory). • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Experience in pharmaceutical product designs is preferred. Required Experience and Qualifications: • Experience: 3-5 years in graphic design, specifically with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Coral Draw. • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. • Additional courses related to graphics are an advantage.
