• Day-to-day operations of the E-commerce platform.

• Creating, Managing and uploading line sheets for launch of new products online
• Overseeing theManaging day-to-day E-commerce operations, coordinating quality packaging and shipping of all products, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
• Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
