Web Performance Optimization Expert at WX Digital Agency-India
Remote / Web Performance Optimization Expert / Freelance / Full-Time
We are growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make an impact and drive growth for our clients. WX Digital Agency provides web development, digital marketing, and CRO, and SEO services, and engages with clients in the US and Europe, primarily operating in the technology, cybersecurity, crypto, and human resources industries.
What You Will Do At WX
We are looking for an experienced Web Performance Optimization Expert (at least three years of experience), with a proven track record, who will be working next to our team of designers, developers, testers, marketers, and digital consultants. Most of our clients are using HubSpot as a website hosting CMS platform, but we also work with WordPress and Shopify. You will work next to a small team of developers and Project Managers.
We look for an optimization expert that will help to greatly improve the website speed of our clients' websites.
This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible work schedule.
Job Duties
Conduct website performance audits and identify bottlenecks in site speed.
Implement best practices for website optimization, including image compression, code minification, caching, and browser rendering optimization.
Monitor website performance using analytics and performance tracking tools, and recommend improvements based on results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to web optimization and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content creators to optimize website speed and overall user experience.
Document the process, and show before and after results in a documented-structured manner.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members to ensure the best possible website performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in website optimization and performance tuning.
Basic technical skills and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various web performance optimization tools and technologies.
Experience with website analytics, including Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights.
Familiarity with web development best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
Good knowledge and understanding of the HubSpot CMS platform.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for website performance optimization and a desire to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
