Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the brand website, ensuring high-quality content, optimal performance, and exceptional user experience. Lead a team of Web Executives with a clear vision for driving the brand's success.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project execution and manage tasks assigned to Web Executives in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Design and Development teams to drive projects forward and ensure seamless task completion.
• Promote proactive improvement initiatives to enhance the website's overall quality and performance.
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website to meet evolving needs.
• Respond promptly to and troubleshoot all website issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Identify and address potential security breaches, implementing appropriate measures to protect the website.
• Conduct regular content audits to eliminate redundant information and optimize user experience.
• Align communication strategies with the brand's overall objectives.
• Maintain high website standards through regular testing and quality assurance processes.
• Regularly evaluate and improve the User Experience (UX) of the website.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure the website aligns with the brand's strategic goals.
• Develop and present data-driven strategies to boost key website metrics that drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, monitor competitor websites, and apply learnings to improve our website.
• Plan, execute, and track promotional campaigns to maximize their impact.
• Analyze website performance, develop strategies to improve it, and present monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of all website updates and ensure seamless communication with clients regarding maintenance activities.
