Overview
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Web UI Architect to join our development team. The ideal
candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in backend and frontend development. As a
Web UI Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise-level
applications.
The candidate will engage with product management, and provide technical leadership to a team of
engineers for the implementation and roll-out of various modules.
The ideal person for this role will be passionate about shipping elegant, innovative, and scalable products.
Responsibilities:
● Work with designers and products to transform specifications and wireframes into fully functional
features
● Quickly resolve vagueness, ambiguity, or contradictions in specifications
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers
● Optimize our web application for maximum speed and scalability
● Support mobile paradigms, especially table form factor
● Participate in the release process
● Interest in working with Babylon.js
● Solid, Solid English and communication skills
Requirements:
● Senior-level proficiency in Typescript. React, and Next.js
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
● Passion for writing beautiful, performant code and deep thinking about how users interact with
your code
● Familiarity with Agile development - keeping engineering tasks up to date in Jira and providing
timelines to stakeholders
● Thorough understanding of JWT, REST, API development and consumption
● Willingness to dig into the database (Postgres) where applicable
Bonus Points:
● Experience with 3D web frameworks like Three.js and BabylonJS
● Experience building online shopping platforms
