Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Web & UI Designer to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both web development and UI/UX design principles. You will be responsible for designing and developing responsive websites as well as creating user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Implement design changes and updates based on client feedback and usability testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and web development.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices.
• Support the team in various design-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a clear understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website development.
• Basic knowledge of usability testing and user research methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
