- User Journey Mapping: Develop end-to-end user flows and wireframes based on user needs and business requirements.
- UI Design & Prototyping: Design and implement website interfaces, menus, and interactive elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Ensure design solutions are optimized for diverse screen sizes and follow accessibility best practices.
- Style Guides & Design Systems: Establish and maintain consistent design standards, visual patterns, and reusable components.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design deliverables.
- User Testing & Feedback: Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iteratively refine designs for maximum usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in UI design, web design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a deep understanding of responsive web design.
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills with a solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design decisions with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) for building interactive components.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) to collaborate on code.
- Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
