Job Description
As a UI Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an enterprise-scale design system. You will join a team of experts from brand, UX, visual design, research, content strategy, engineering and product designer, working to create cohesive online experiences for the Web and Mobile Platform. Responsibilities • Design and develop implementations of UI/UX components for web and mobile application. • Work closely with designers to take wireframes from conception to implementation and design and improve user interfaces. • Help us design and build experiences that are inclusive and accessible. • Optimizes applications/sites to improve performance and efficiency. Ideal Skills and Qualifications • Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML and Javascript • Preferred experience in Tailwind CSS • 2-3 years of relevant UI development experience • Collaborative mindset and work abilities • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD: The candidate should have experience using design software to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user interfaces. • Ability to effectively absorb and apply peer feedback • Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking Methodology • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS): The candidate should have experience using CSS preprocessors to write more maintainable and modular CSS code. • Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility: The candidate should have experience creating user interfaces that are optimized for different screen sizes and devices, and that work well across different browsers and platforms.
