What you’ll be doing

Engaging and quickly building rapport with customers by listening to and understanding their needs

Ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer service at all times

Ensuring that the customer journey is personalised by providing appropriate choices making sure customer needs are at the heart of everything that you do

Dealing with any customer queries or concerns in a positive and respectful manner

Recognising appropriate opportunities to add value to the customer and the business through great conversations

Driving your own performance to achieve individual, team and business objectives

Taking personal ownership for your own self-development by actively seeking learning opportunities

Actively supporting any business change and initiatives by supporting continuous improvements to ways of working

Ensuring you keep up to date with all communications, processes and procedures

What you’ll need

Excellent use and understanding of English spoken and written language

Good analytical, judgement, typing, writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Fresher and experience both are eligible.

Proven experience of dealing with customers in an effective manner

Previous experience in a Voice, Email & web chat campaign is advantageous.

Experience of answering a high volume of queries within a regulated environment

Able to demonstrate product knowledge and passion for the brand

Effective team player with a positive and competitive attitude

Enthusiastic about personal development and learning new skills

Open to change and getting personally involved in business improvements

Passionate about providing excellent customer service and customer retention
