We are seeking a dynamic Web Engage Executive to lead our retention marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in driving user engagement and retention through strategic and automated marketing campaigns. Job Title: Web Engage Executive
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize automated and one-time campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, and Push notifications.
- Leverage tools like Webengage, Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms for campaign automation.
- Develop and implement marketing journeys to enhance user retention and engagement.
- Conduct revenue reporting, funnel analysis, and performance tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Strategy, and Client Success to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in automation tools like Webengage, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
