What will you do at Fynd?
Plan, design, build, and publish new improvements on the website using Webflow.
Independently implement complex animations and interactions using GSAP in Webflow projects.
Utilize frontend knowledge to ensure seamless integration of GSAP animations with Webflow designs.
Know Webflow libraries like Finsweet, Wizardry, Swiper js, and Splide.
Help implement and conduct analytical, performance, and usability benchmarking software on our website.
Work with Webflow components and combo classes for usability.
Maintain the website, fix bugs, and ensure the website is running smoothly at all times.
Design and build new website pages or landing pages in the future.
Optimize the website over time (performance and SEO).
Identify opportunities for improvement in backend site structure, UX, UI, etc., and present solutions.
Some specific Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Webflow Expertise.
Should have Webflow Expert Certification
Expertise in GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) for creating high-quality animations.
Ability to independently implement GSAP animations within Webflow projects.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks.
Skilled in translating Figma designs to production-ready Webflow websites.
Experience with Client First, Finsweet Attributes, and other integrations/stacks related to the Webflow Ecosystem.
Understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Experience working on responsive and complex web applications.
Advanced knowledge of website management tools.
Basic UX/UI design skills and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Experience building and managing websites using the Webflow CMS.
