Webflow Developer Resposibilities-
• Develop several web page designs and landing page concepts with other team members
• Create effective pages based on KPIs
• Develop attractive and conversion-optimized pages
• Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning
• To launch Webflow pages, collaborate with engineers and other developers
• Engage in consumer research regularly
• Comprehend consumer needs and problems
• Use what you learn to guide design for consumers
• Take part in cross-functional teamwork
Roles-
• Reviewing the websites of current clients
• Providing briefs or areas to boost conversion rates.
• Creating attractive and flexible landing pages
• Integrating the website of client CMS programs and data feeds
• Maximizing the performance and scalability of websites
• Incorporating industry and design best practices into the creation of websites
• Carrying out website testing
• Coordinating with back-end developers to ensure proper integration of web and app logic
• Ensuring website stability and functionality on all platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Integrating brand components and pertinent market research findings into websites
• Working with marketing and research teams
Requirements-
• Competency in Tailwind CSS or the utility-first CSS frameworks principles
• Experience with SystemFlow or another preferred Webflow framework
• Advanced knowledge of website management tools, HTML/CSS, and Javascript
• Basic understanding of cross-functional roles such as engineers, product managers, and researchers
• Proven skills in A/B testing strategies
• Throughout the website’s creation and implementation, providing both internal and external customer service
